I have had considerable difficulty in contacting the service department by telephone but have had a very good helpful experience with one of the service staff who may be the service manager or his/her assistant.

Car broke down, warranty assistance arrived, established total failure of front spring. Recovered having damaged wheel replaced by space saver and escorted to Douglas Park. A curtesy car was provided- no fuel in it eventually, we had to get to En

no video supplied showing MOT work required, no option to get courtesy bus back into town or pick up which I relied on before, and no showroom open on Saturday at Mini. Did not have a good customer experience and staff not engaging.

My car failed MOT on one tyre. There was no replacement tyre in stock so I had to leave the car overnight, which was not ideal.
