Extremely poor admin throughout. Paperwork needed done twice, car could not be handed over when arranged due to poor admin.

On my recent visit I was met with Billy, assistant service manager and given the opportunity to explain the key failure to John the technician who would be working on the car and introduced to Paul the service advisor who would be liaising with me.
