A few issues occurred with paperwork and vehicle readiness but the team resolved quickly & effectively

Staff were helpful and professional but communication could be improved - I had to phone to chase the status of my car's MOT when I had not heard anything by 4pm

When I booked my car in and again on arrival I stated that I wouldn't be picking my car up until the following week and twice I got a phone call to say it was ready for collection!

The email and text received prior to the collection did not read that my vehicle was being collected. I called DP and David confirmed that DP do not have pre appointments texts and emails which include collections.
