I often find it quite intimidating when buying a new car due to pushy sales people who often then put me off. Emma was brilliant from start to finish, never felt pressured and everything was never any problem. Would highly recommend her!

Service was all booked and time was great, kept updated during service and MOT, however I pay a monthly fee to a service plan that mini sold to me and to be told after I handed my car into the garage that I'm due extra money, I find very strange.

I felt I was treated very badly. My car only required a new rear wiper arm and blade but you managed to break the motor during the repair. I know the motor was still working when I left my car. And I had to negotiate between you and Halfords.

From start to finish, I could not fault the service at Douglas Park. The drop off facility was extremely slick and I was kept regularly informed about progress.

Paul in the service department was very helpful and professonal. Josh, who sent me the health check video was also very professional. Both were great. Booking my car in for the service was very easy. My phone call was taken promptly.

Although I arrived early morning, my car wasn't taken not inspected until mid afternoon. From this my car was deemed hazardous to drive. Fortunately a courtesy car wasn't found to travel home. Evidence of a lack of communication between all concerned

Friendly and helpful staff. My appointment was supposed to be scheduled as a wait appointment but when I got there, it wasn't but that wasn't an issue and they managed to complete my service and MOT in a timely manner.

Staff were nice and friendly, however, it was clear my notes on the online checking hadn't been read, and when I arrived it seemed they'd never had a service before. My car got a wash, inside great, outside it's got scratches over the paintwork.

After the service, I was informed that the car was ready for collection. However, when I arrived, I noticed that the car had not been vacuumed or washed. I informed the staff, and he apologized for the oversight and had the car washed and vacuumed.

I would have been completely satisfied, if I did not have to remind staff that my car did not get a complimentary clean. However, they apologised, offered me coffee, and got my car cleaned and parked right in front, that made me feel valued.

Usually, car is given a complimentary wash - it wasn't done this time. Maybe because it was just brake fluid? Previously I was given a complimentary video spot check, whilst my car is up on the ramp, that also didn't happen this time either.
