I often find it quite intimidating when buying a new car due to pushy sales people who often then put me off. Emma was brilliant from start to finish, never felt pressured and everything was never any problem. Would highly recommend her!

I had a lovely time visiting to test drive the mini and the process of purchasing was smooth. It was good that I was shown how to use some features of the car as it was a bit overwhelming the amount of features it has.

I had a good initial sales experience then agent left the business and I was in limbo - new guy didn't engage with me-in fact I never met or spoke to him. At handover he was on holiday and the paperwork was incorrect-tbf the guy left with it was good

Friendly and helpful staff. My appointment was supposed to be scheduled as a wait appointment but when I got there, it wasn't but that wasn't an issue and they managed to complete my service and MOT in a timely manner.

Staff were nice and friendly, however, it was clear my notes on the online checking hadn't been read, and when I arrived it seemed they'd never had a service before. My car got a wash, inside great, outside it's got scratches over the paintwork.

After the service, I was informed that the car was ready for collection. However, when I arrived, I noticed that the car had not been vacuumed or washed. I informed the staff, and he apologized for the oversight and had the car washed and vacuumed.

I would have been completely satisfied, if I did not have to remind staff that my car did not get a complimentary clean. However, they apologised, offered me coffee, and got my car cleaned and parked right in front, that made me feel valued.

Usually, car is given a complimentary wash - it wasn't done this time. Maybe because it was just brake fluid? Previously I was given a complimentary video spot check, whilst my car is up on the ramp, that also didn't happen this time either.

As above, did not feel valued as a current mini driver. No help offered when looking at new cars. Has made me feel I will go elsewhere for my next car. We are currently a mini family with 3 vehicles

Had I known that I would be without my car for nearly 6 hours I would hsve requested a car. I was never told how long it would take. had to spend my time in Edinburgh as getting home was aquard.
