We were welcomed straight away and offered teas and coffees, we were not left waiting, hand over was smooth everything was explained and shown good friendly staff

Looked after very well by the staff at Mini. I was kept informed of any delays which can't be said of other dealers in the past. Sarah was exemplary in her handover, explaining everything and answering all of my questions.

Finlay, my sales executive, was excellent. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. Indeed the whole team with whom I dealt was like that. I was helped through the process but never pressured.

The call handler at the desk told me I needed new brake disks as well as pads. After asking for clarification they were advising they were too thin which is not what was reported by the engineer. Communication was appalling.

Good comunication as said below staff was helpul
