My pickup experience was a total shambles and left me feeling totally crap. I was informed 1 hour before leaving to pick up the car that the car had no charge on it despite being ordered from stock in January and had been with the garage for weeks.

Service was done professionally. The Mini service adviser Agija was very helpful and pleasant, suggesting I would save money by taking out a service plan, which I did. Couldn't have been nicer.

You sent a video saying that one tyre had a bulge which should be replaced and the other tyre had a wheel nut missing which should be fixed also then gave the car back to my daughter without fixing them why? It's now in Glasgow garage for repair!

Courtesy car which i had booked had been sold the previous week, with no notification to me. I was told that if I waited it would be done within an hour, but took best part of two hours

Simple MOT, had to chase whether car was ready at 2 as needed to leave from work on other side of town. Biggest annoyance and let down was not having the shuttle anymore to take you into town, really not great having to trek from the site.

Service was all booked and time was great, kept updated during service and MOT, however I pay a monthly fee to a service plan that mini sold to me and to be told after I handed my car into the garage that I'm due extra money, I find very strange.
