My pickup experience was a total shambles and left me feeling totally crap. I was informed 1 hour before leaving to pick up the car that the car had no charge on it despite being ordered from stock in January and had been with the garage for weeks.

Finlay from seafield mini was amazing help from the get go. Always kept me updated, checked in to see if there was anything I needed in the process.

Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. Difficult to speak to anyone as no dedicated phone line with answering service where you can leave a message. Staff didn't reply to emails.

The communication was strong and staff were pleasant. However my car appears to have been scratched while in the centre and either they were not aware or did not tell me.
