Still waiting on getting the compensation I was promised for a terrible experience including being misinformed repeatedly and handed over a car which had less than 30% charge. supposed to be an amazing experience buying my first car, really disappoin

My pickup experience was a total shambles and left me feeling totally crap. I was informed 1 hour before leaving to pick up the car that the car had no charge on it despite being ordered from stock in January and had been with the garage for weeks.

Finlay, my sales executive, was excellent. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. Indeed the whole team with whom I dealt was like that. I was helped through the process but never pressured.
